Winter Olimpic Games lost and found

Lost & Found (Italy – Olympic Venues)

We have noticed that the organiser’s website currently does not provide a dedicated “Lost & Found” page for visitors. As events take place across multiple locations, procedures for lost and found items are generally handled at venue level and through local city services and the police.

For faster matching of lost and found items—regardless of venue or city—we recommend using our application, where items can be posted and users can connect directly with those who have found or are searching for an item.

1) If an item is lost or found at a venue

  • First, contact venue staff (Info Point or security).
  • Ask for the “Lost & Found” desk (often near entrances or information offices).
  • For documents or valuables, reporting to the police is also recommended.
